ACM reserves the right to add to and/or change MyACM Rewards Program ("program") Terms & Conditions at any time. This means, for example, that we may change the number of points earned on copiers, printers, fax machines, and remanufactured toners and inkjet cartridges, or the number of points required to redeem rewards, impose caps and/or fees on earning and/or redeeming points, change rewards, or cancel rewards. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate the program with three months prior notice. During the three month notice period, we may change or cancel some or all of the then-current rewards. The company ("you," "your") right to earn points and redeem accumulated points will terminate three months after we give you this notice.

Eligibility
  1. Program is open to all ACM* customers
  2. All accounts must be in good standing at the time of enrollment
  3. Customer must be enrolled prior to purchases made in order to redeem points
  4. Registration submitted on the last day of the month will not be guaranteed points for that month

*Program excludes wholesale customers. Other exclusions may apply. Please contact your Account Executive if you have any questions on eligibility.

Rewards
  1. ACM reserves the right to select the specific brand/model of rewards, change/eliminate reward prizes, and change prize point values at any time.
  2. Prizes may not be exchanged or returned once delivery has been completed. ACM has no affiliation with reward manufacturers and therefore accepts no liability with regard to product quality and/or warranties. ACM is not responsible for lost or undelivered items due to incorrect address, and/or failed delivery by shipping company.
  3. Customer is responsible for all taxes and shipping/handling charges for reward items.
Points Accrual
  1. Points accrued in the program account do not constitute property of the company (representative) and are not transferable by operation of law or otherwise to any person or entity and cannot be transferred to any other account.
  2. Credits posted to your Account, including those arising from returned items, will reduce the points accrued in your program account.
  3. Points accrue on purchases made after initial registration form is completed. Points can not be credited from previous purchases made prior to program registration.
Points Redemption – Continential U.S. Accounts
  1. Points can be redeemed at any time. Points that are not used will continue to accrue until expiration one year from purchase date.
  2. Points can only be redeemed by the authorized company contact on the program registration form. To redeem points, contact your ACM account executive or the ACM marketing department for reward claim form.
  3. Prizes are shipped directly to the customer from vendor. ACM has no affiliation with reward manufacturers and therefore accepts no liability with regard to product quality and/or warranties.

To redeem your points, please complete the Redemption Form and a customer service representative will be in contact with you soon. *Please note: All gift card redemptions will be sent electronically with the exception of gas cards.
Points Redemption – Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, International Accounts
  1. Points can be redeemed at any time. Points that are not used will continue to accrue until expiration one year from purchase date.

Account Status

If applicable, your ACM account must remain current and in good standing in order to receive or redeem reward points. If your ACM account is not current at the end of 30 days, your Loyalty Rewards account will be put on hold and will remain on hold until payment is cleared. If the account is not active or current after 90 days, customers will not be able to redeem points and/or the Loyalty Rewards account will be canceled and all points accrued will be forfeited.
Accounts must also remain actively purchasing from ACM. If you have not made a purchase within the last 90 days at the time you request to redeem rewards points, ACM reserves the right to evaluate your rewards account and may require you to make a purchase before granting point redemption.

Points Expiration

The deadline to redeem your points is 12 calendar months from issue date. Unused points will not be carried over from year to year, and have no cash value. Points earned on returned items will be deducted from the customer's points total. Points which expire will be donated to a charity listed on our Philanthropy page.

Obligations/Affiliation

Recipients assume any tax liability for rewards earned.

Points Forfeiture for Late Payment

Accounts with 30-60 days late payment will forfeit points.

Points Forfeiture for Closed/Cancelled Accounts
  1. If for any reason we cancel the account (including issues of principal death, bankruptcy or credit related issues), any points accrued in your program account will be forfeited.
  2. Accounts closed or inactive for 12 months will forfeit any and all points.
  3. If any account is not in good standing, your enrollment in the program may be canceled and/or the points accrued in your program account forfeited.
