MINIMUM
ORDER
There is a $50.00 minimum for all US domestic orders. A
$5.00 service charge will apply to any orders not meeting
the $50.00 minimum.
International
orders destined for countries outside the US have a USD $250.00
minimum order requirement. A USD $30.00 service charge
will apply to any orders not meeting the USD $250.00 minimum.

RETURNED
CHECKS
A $25.00 service charge will be assessed for any checks returned
to ACM Technologies, Inc.; in the event the financial account
is closed and/or the check is marked "Non-Sufficient Funds".
FINANCE
CHARGE
Interest will be charged on all past-due amounts at the rate of
1.5% per month. In addition, any applicable collection and/or
legal fees will be assigned as they are incurred.
INVOICE
DISCREPANCIES
Please note that any invoice discrepancies must be reported to
our Accounts Receivable department within 5 business days of receipt
of invoice; and within 30 calendar days for International orders.
JURISDICTION
AND VENUE
The Buyer agrees that ACM Technologies, Inc. retains the right
of Jurisdiction and Venue in the State of California. The Buyer
further agrees that any litigation arising from (or) out of any
transaction with ACM Technologies, Inc. shall be heard in the
appropriate State or Federal Court of Riverside County, California
USA; or closest the venue there from.
EQUIPMENT
AND ACCESSORIES
These terms and conditions do not apply to equipment and/or accessories.

WARRANTIES
ACM Technologies, Inc. does NOT warrant any Original Equipment
Manufacturer (OEM) photoreceptors, toners, developers, cartridges,
or imaging units. All sales are final.
There is a 90-day limited parts warranty on all equipment. The
manufacturer's warranty does not cover the cost of labor, shipping,
incidental damage, equipment exchange, or returns.
Guaranteed Limited Warranty:
ACM aftermarket photoreceptors, toners, remanufactured cartridges,
and parts (including lamps, rollers, blades, etc.) are all manufactured
under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance
that meets or exceeds the performance of the OEM. ACM Technologies,
Inc. warrants each ACM aftermarket photoreceptor, toner, and part
to be free from manufacturing related defects in materials or
workmanship for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.
ACM Technologies, Inc. warrants each remanufactured laser cartridge
to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for a
period of 6 months from the date of origianl invoice. If, at any
time, ACM aftermarket supplies and parts fail to perform per the
aforementioned, ACM Technologies, Inc. will replace the item or
issue a credit for the full purchase price.
LIMITATIONS
AND LIABILITY
ACM Technologies, Inc. makes no representation of warranty or
implied warranty. Buyer further agrees ACM Technologies, Inc.
will not be held liable for consequential damage to systems or
components internal or external. Buyer accepts full responsibility
for use of said product.
SHORTAGES
OR DAMAGES
ACM Technologies, Inc. will pack all product orders in compliance
with industry standard packaging procedures. We do not assume
responsibility for products lost or damaged while in transit to
our customers. All shortages or damages from UPS, FedEx, or other
freight carriers must be noted on the Bill of Lading, and reported
to ACM Technologies, Inc. within 48 hours of receipt. Shortages
and freight damages must be filed at the receiving site with the
freight carrier. If you see that your product has visible damage
upon delivery, please refuse the shipment from your carrier.
If you notice a shortage or damage after the carrier has left
your premises, you must file a claim with the carrier according
to their policies. For assistance on making carrier claims, please
contact our Customer Service Department.
Claims for losses and/or damages may not be deducted from an ACM
Technologies, Inc. invoice. We are willing to assist our customers
in collecting against claims for loss or damage, but this willingness
does not make ACM responsible for collection of the claims, or
replacement of the products.
RETURNS
Prior to returning any merchandise purchased from ACM Technologies,
Inc., you must contact our Customer Service Department to obtain
a Return Authorization Number along with shipping instructions.
Any product returned MUST be in resalable condition and in the
original packaging. Please DO NOT mark, or write address or Return
Authorization Numbers on the outside of the original packaging.
A 20% restocking fee will apply for all returns. A Return Authorization
Number is the only form of authorization for return of product(s).
Return Authorization Numbers are valid for 15 days from date of
issue. Returns are only accepted within 30 days of original invoice
date. Receipt of a Return Authorization Number does not imply
credit will be given for the returned product, as all returned
Product(s) require an inspection by ACM Technologies, Inc. prior
to granting any credits.
DEFECTIVE
RETURNS
All returns MUST be pre-authorized by ACM Technologies, Inc. and
MUST have a Return Authorization Number; otherwise shipments returned
without prior assigned Return Authorization Numbers will be refused.
All products returned MUST be in resalable condition and in the
original packaging. Under no circumstances is ACM Technologies,
Inc. liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential
damages caused by defective products. The maximum liability for
ACM Technologies, Inc. is limited to the purchase price of the
product. For all returns, we ask that you please NOT write or
mark on original packaging of the product.
